Service Fees
Shoreline Endocrinology is a direct specialty care practice. We do not bill or accept health insurance for services rendered, allowing us to provide transparent, personalized care without the limitations of traditional insurance models.
We offer two care options depending on your needs:
Pay-Per-Visit (À La Carte): Ideal for patients seeking one-time consultations or occasional follow-ups.
Membership Plans: Designed for ongoing care, offering a more comprehensive and cost-effective approach through a subscription model.
Please note: Membership enrollment is not initiated at the first visit. All patients must complete an initial consultation and pay the associated fee. Membership eligibility is at the discretion of the treating physician.
Our membership plans vary based on the level of care needed, including options for patients requiring more frequent visits as well as those with stable conditions needing periodic monitoring.

60-minute consultation
