Service Fees
Shoreline Endocrinology is a direct specialty care practice, which means we do not accept or bill health insurance for any services rendered. If you have a health savings account, you may be able to use those funds to pay your fees. Please check with your tax professional. You may still use your health insurance to pay for services provided by outside vendors for labs, imaging, medications, and durable medical equipment.
We offer both a membership option of payment and “fee-for-service” option. A patient may enroll in our annual membership plan for $150 per month. This plan allows you to bundle your visits, routine lab tests, and in-office procedures together for a flat monthly fee. The “fee-for-service” option allows a patient to pay for each service individually. See the fee schedule below. Please be advised that a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to schedule a new consultation.
*NEW* Thyroid health package includes a 60 minute consultation, complete thyroid function assessment, screen for thyroid autoantibodies, one diagnostic thyroid ultrasound, and a 15 minute virtual visit to discuss all test results. Please call us if you would like to learn more.
