Service Fees
Shoreline Endocrinology is a direct specialty care practice, which means we do not accept or bill health insurance for any services rendered. We offer a membership that includes office visits, virtual visits, most office procedures, lifestyle support, and routine labwork. See the chart below for our current membership rate. Please contact us if you are interested in this option. For special circumstances, we do offer a pay-per-service option. Please refer to the pricing chart below for service fees.
Special offer: Thyroid health package includes a 60 minute consultation, complete thyroid function assessment, screen for thyroid autoantibodies, one diagnostic thyroid ultrasound exam, and a 15-minute telehealth visit to discuss all test results. This is a $1500 value that we are offering for $799 flat fee. Please call our office if you interested in this package.
